POLICY FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
PURSUANT TO ART. NO. 13 OF THE EUROPEAN REGULATION NO. 679/2016
This page describes how the Vecchiatini Motorclassic website is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of the users who consult it, as well as the methods and purposes of the processing of personal data.
The company Vecchiatini Motorclassic Srl in its capacity as the Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Reg. 2016/679 - GDPR, hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of data subjects with respect to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the above-mentioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations stipulated therein.
This information is given for data provided directly by the data subject and, if collected from third parties, will be in accordance with the European Regulation.

2- Nature of Data Processed, Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
Nature of data processed. In relation to the purposes of processing below, please note that only "common personal data" will be processed, such as:
company identification data (company name, VAT number, tax code, type, address, telephone number, e-mail, etc.);
personal biographical data such as First Name, Last Name, email, telephone number;
etc.
Purpose of processing.
The data you provide through this site will be processed for the following purposes:
access to the various public sections of the site; there are no restricted accesses with registrations and logins;
give feedback on requests for appointments and/or opinions by filling out, voluntarily, the appropriate form found in the contact areas;
Fulfilling obligations under the law or regulations;
The protection of the Data Controller in judicial proceedings;
Legal basis of processing.

3- Type of data being processed
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected by Vecchiatini Motorclassic Srl.
The form made available on this website is for the sole purpose of allowing site visitors to contact Vecchiatini Motorclassic to schedule an appointment and/or make a request by submitting their first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
4- Methods of treatment
The processing of your personal data will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and may be carried out by means of paper and electronic instruments both by the staff of the undersigned Company, authorized/charged with the processing of personal data, and by external parties called upon to carry out specific tasks, on behalf of the Data Controller, as Data Processors, pursuant to Art. 28 EU Regulation, subject to our letter of assignment imposing on them the duty of confidentiality and security of the processing of personal data, and the adoption of appropriate security measures to prevent data loss, illicit and incorrect use, and unauthorized access, in compliance with current provisions on the protection of personal data.
Your personal data will not be disclosed and will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations, and will not be disclosed to third parties except for legal or contractual obligations.
5- Data retention times
Your personal data will be retained for a period of time not exceeding the fulfillment of the purposes for which they are processed, in accordance with the principle of retention limitation set forth in the EU Regulation and/or for as long as necessary for legal and contractual obligations or until the data subject withdraws specific consent.
If the purpose is achieved Vecchiatini Motorclassic Srl undertakes to delete personal data, without prejudice to their archiving required by national or international law and the protection of their rights.
6- Consequences of non-disclosure of data
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the provision of data is based on the consent of the person concerned, which is free and optional. Failure to consent will result in Vecchiatini Motorclassic being unable to contact you to book, change or cancel your appointment, or to send you emails for service communications following your request.
7- Rights of the data subject
You are granted the following rights, which you may exercise in accordance with the provisions of the European Regulations and which are summarized below
A) Art. 15. RIGHT OF ACCESS: "The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed and if so, to obtain access to the personal data" ...(omissis);
B) Art. 16. RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION -The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him/her without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary declaration.
C) Article 17. RIGHT TO DELETION - RIGHT TO OBLIVION-"The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the data controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay, and the data controller shall be obliged to erase without undue delay the personal data.... D) Art. 18 RIGHT TO LIMIT PROCESSING: "The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the data controller the restriction of processing when one of the following cases occurs "... (omissis).
E) Art. 20 RIGHT TO PORTABILITY OF DATA - "The data subject shall have the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format personal data concerning him or her that have been provided to a data controller and shall have the right to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance from the controller to whom he or she has provided them" ... F) Article 21. RIGHT OF OPPOSITION - "The data subject shall have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her under Article 6(1)(e) or (f)." .... (omissis)
G) The right to know the subjects, external to the data controller, who process your data as Data Processors according to art 28 (art 13 c.1,e)

You are also given the following rights:
I) The right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the regulations in force (art 13.c 2, section d)
